Veet off the shame, Be a beauty with Veet

ATTENTION: VEET PRODUCT GIVEAWAY!!!

Kindly read this post to the end to know how to get Veet Product from me~ <3

Every girl shave. No matter how fine the hair is, girls don't want it grow on skin. emmmm, not those grow on hair, that's the thicker the better. Those unwanted hair like grow on armpit and legs and arms. Why God created girls with armpit and leg hair? *sigh loud*

Yes, it is every girls' worries. Worried of any single human on earth saw armpit hair on us.
I believe I'm not the only lady that would rather hold the pole rather than raise my hand up high to grab the handle which is designed and meant to grabbed for every standing passenger to balance themselves.
I choose to grab the pole which I don't need to raise my hand up, there is no any chance of other people saw   the testosterone-side of me. I'm supposed to be a sweet girl. *act cute face*  Same goes to my leg hair.

Last time I constantly shave without using any hair removal cream. Guess what. It grows thicker eventually. It's such a nightmare to me when I imagine one day my hair would be as thick and as long as guys leg hair *Do you ever see guy's legs in water? It's like a land heavily grow with SEAWEED! The hair actually wave like seaweed.  (No Offense, it's ok for a guy to have that. That's masculine *wink* and Dengue-proof as the mosquito got trapped in it *stick tongue out naughty face*) I didn't know that until my guy friend, Moo actually asked me to see and kinda like show off to me how masculine he is. To prevent it grows thicker, I stop shaving.

No matter how pretty a girl is, it's such a turn off to have thick leg hairs and armpit hair. To me, at least.

So, to cover up. I always wear long skirt or jeans. As it is the best way to cover my shame. *Seaweed, Y U NO LEAVE ME*

But my nightmare gonna stop now because I got VEET! It appears like a super hero!

Normally when I shave my legs hair, it's always smooth at the first one to two days. (Yes, I guess I have the fastest hair growth rate in Malaysia). BUT, after that, it's like a cactus! Oh mine! I was so afraid to accidentally get any skin intact with others. So, I become worried, anxious for subsequent days until I get myself shave again. It's so paiseh when I accidentally POKE someone else with the weapons on my legs. Stubble, the weapon.

That's when I lost my confidence!

Then my friends introduce me Veet and thanks to Nuffnang for having this contest and give me the idea of sharing my experience in my blog to others why I use Veet hair removal cream instead.

Yes. I'm using Veet hair removal cream!

I use Veet hair removal cream because:
1: Easy to use
Apply the cream on your legs evenly, fully cover the hair( from my experience, towel dry your skin would give better result than wet skin.)
Then you wait for 3 to 6 minutes.  (I normally would brush my teeth, wash my face, roughly 3 or 4 minutes gone)  (for new user, timed carefully would be better)
Then you use the spatula to remove the cream (You can test a small area first, if the hair comes off easily then you can continue. If not, wait for longer but not exceeding 6 minutes. Time is precious haha)
Then wash off.

It's easy. Still don't understand? Watch this video. P.s: It's not my legs, Veet didn't come to me when they wanna shoot this commercial ad hehe. Maybe after I grow taller. T____________T

2. Instant result. and THE MOST IMPORTANT----------- The hair does not grow thicker than it was!
THIS IS IMPORTANT! This is the main reason of using Veet. To prove what I said, picture tells thousand words.

This is a picture taken 5 days after I shaved using Veet hair removal cream.  If you see clearly, you would see FINE short hair.  What?! Can't see? You want a larger photo? (Omg, I can read your mind)
Do you see it? If I shaved without using Veet, after 5 days, it's not like that. It's like cactus where you can obviously see short thick blaack hair protrude out of my should-be-smooth-silk-skin. *NO CHEATING, I SWEAR IT'S 5 days AFTER!*
And Veet helps me to get TOUCHABLY SMOOTH skin! It looks smooth and it's still smooth when you touch.
So get your touchably smooth skin with Veet!

For curious baby:
Chemical products work by dissolving the proteins that make up hair.

This leaves a smooth rounded end just below the surface of the skin

SAY NO TO CACTUS!

3. It's Cheap!
I use veet, no need for me to go salon to do hair removal. See this Cheap deal, Even after discount also I can't afford (you may say i'm Kiamsiap *kedekut* but it's money saving for me. I'm a poor student still.) Veet helps me to save money while I can keep myself pretty and confident!
I bought this 200ml Veet for about RM16-18. I Don't remember already and I use it for half to 1 year depends on how frequent I shave.

4: I'm Lazy
Yes, I guess I may not be the most lazy but if there is a rank list for it. I may be the top 100 bah.. haha. No need for me to go salon, and it can be done comfortably at home. 3 minutes, total procedure takes me around 8 minutes including waiting time.
Tips: Do it before shower, then you can bath terus. Don't waste your time while waiting. A lot of things you can do. What I normally did is brush teeth and wash face. =D

If you really don't like waiting, why not you try this? Veet wax Strip!  I am so tempted to try actually. Maybe after I finished the cream then I should try the Wax Strip. I feel like everyone is using wax strip instead of cream.

And not to forget! My photo of me revamp my cloth to show a more confident of me using veet!
This is a dress. Tall people call it a skirt, and I'm short. =.=

As you can see. It covers my legs. It's so dull and boring. So, I revamp it, by cutting, folding and pinning!

First, I mark the dress at the level where half of my thigh. *sounds like order nasi ayam*
2nd, Cut according the imaginary curve line. Leave about 5 cm to fold later.
3rd, Fold it inwards and upwards.
4th, Make sure it is parallel to the marked level.
5th, To make it cuter, pinch at the edges and pin it.

6th! Get your belt and heels. Move the belt to just below breast level instead of waist level.
Taaadaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Am I cute? Am I Cute? *jump like a small kid waiting for an answer, of cz kids don't wear heels.(taking off my heels) *

And Picture of the day!!!

My legs so soft and smooth and LONG!!

The Before and After:

Want more photo of confident me? here you go.
So what are you waiting for! Veet it off! Veet off the shame and feels what a beauty feels like with veet!
*like the curve soooo much!*
Put you shoes on, hit the road and flaunt your sexy!!  It's time to show others the confident you together with Veet!
*wearing my shoes to take my prizes from Nuffnang! I can't be so bey paiseh! pick me pick me for winner! please~ Crossed fingers, crossed arms, crossed legs haha*

Food review:ShabuShabu love in Shabu Shabu House

Invited Food Review:

Shabu Shabu!
I have been hearing this term since years ago. But never had a chance of going.

So I was super excited for this review PLUS I just finish Clinical medicine test paper. So, it's like a celebration for me! *I ignore the fact that 2 days later after food review will be having another paper. *

Photo curi from KX. That day rain heavily. So, didn't take a photo of how the restaurant looks like from outside..... It's at the corner end, kinda big.

Steamboat during rainy day.. NICE~~ I bet you like it also.

When I first entered, it was full house with two tables reserved for 9 of us. Whoooray~~
*Kampung girl that never been to ShabuShabu takes photo for everything.*
So nice, electrical steamboat.
Shout out like a boss: Ah Sei, where's menu! Faster give me!!
Waiter: Sorry, we don't have menu. Just take anything you want.
Take all you can!!
Eat all you can!!!
Like eating sushi, take anything that caught your eyes. Best thing is no matter how much you take, you will be charged the same price!

They serve 3 flavour of soup, White Tom Yam *which I like the most, named after its colour which is without a thick layer of red chili oil in tomyam that we usually had*, Milk soup *Some of us like it but I find it awkward to steamboat with milk as soup base. So I didn't try, and Light broth.

White Tom Yam!! They were so considerate that they even put those vege that you may wanna put into soup. It's like making your own soup!! There is a plate with red date and KIJI that makes soup sweet. and some with just vege. Oh yeah! For my White Tom Yam, it's specially seasoned by Kim! She is good in it. She added jagung and tomato and some more that I can't remember. *I'm definitely not a good wife...mm... i mean chef*
I recommend white tom yam soup!

Why I love blog?

It has been few months since the first blog post. Surprisingly that I'm still blogging.

I just like to blog. My course mates asked before that why I blog?

I can't give them a answer and I cincai answered "No one wanna listen to me, so I blog.. Kesian, Right?"

Now I finally realised why I still blog.

When I first blog, no one read my blog. *SIGH*, not that now I have a lot people to read my blog (Y U NO FOLLOW ME AGAIN?)

So, at first the people that keep me blogging are these two king youngster *actually both of them are homosexual, then I realized, I have this type of magnetism that I like to have them be my friends and they like me too!!! *Perasan and beh paisay*

And guess what, JoPJ found me on Facebook!! and I was so happy of it. * At first I was planning to ignore the friend request because I tot could be random jantan that just simply send friend request to leng lui like me walao* Surprisingly he is so leng zai! Kinda cute!

And then I meet new blogger friends also!! KX, Steven, Boon Hoaw, kar yin and others!!
At first I tot Kx and Steven are homosexual too wtf. haha!!  So sorry for my wrong senses. Luckily both of them didn't mad at me, but laughed at this stupid random wrong diagnose.  They are super super nice and considerate people, so that's why I tot they are. haha.

Then I have free food *Thanks to KX for him to found me. Like a Cinderella. haha* and more laughter and more post that have to write *shit, I have 2 more food post that I not yet updated. Shit shit!!

And Free ticket from Nuffnang. even though at the end I didn't show up. T______________T FML, how can I say no to free stuff!

at the end, the most important is,

I like having new friends!
Thank you people.

Shabu Shabu Step by Step

So sorry for the late update on my blog. Monkey and my sister were here for the weekend. So.. hahaha.. Forgive me la.

So, I went to a Japanese Shabu Shabu restaurant which I will later blog about the review of the place. And I think it's necessary to share something new.....hmmm... at least new to me. haha. *sigh, I'm a kampung girl  after all.. *

The real way of eating Shabu Shabu is------------------- To dip the meat with RAW egg.

Now I shall present you, the SHABU SHABU STEP BY STEP!

Yeah, I know, you wanna know more or see a clearer picture of me *beh paiseh, shameless me*

Firstly, take an egg. And god bless no Salmonella in it.
 Break it into a bowl.
Stir it well and I should have pretend I wasn't aware of the camera.
Choose a best looking meat, with nice fat mosaic pattern. *slurp slurp*
See the fat?? waaaaa... I'm not a person that who like to eat fatty meat, but when it comes to shabu shabu pork, that fat looks good. Thin layer of fat is wonderful. So, I think Monkey should start his diet after reading this haha.
Celup Celup! According to my friend, she said the best duration of celup celup is 35 seconds.
So, I was counting.
And I lost counting when I pose to camera and decided to celup until I'm hundred percent sure that the meat is cooked.
After that, celup in the stirred raw egg that you have prepared!
 Yes! Celupkan..
So I was mumbling this in my heart : Sure ah??! Sure not?! Kang Xiang, you better don't tell me you were joking...
But still, not to forget to pose.
 Count down in heart.
1.............

2.............

3............

OMG! The world freeze....

Let my face to tell you it's good not.
It's tasty!! It's smoother eating the Shabu meat with eggs and I like the taste of the egg but yet didn't cover the fresh and tender-ness and bit sour spicy taste of the meat.  *It was tomyam shabu shabu soup, that's why it is sour and spicy* It has the taste bit like half boiled egg.

Done? What are you waiting for? Let's try eating Shabu Shabu in this original way! You'll like it!
 mai kacau la...

Let's try it now!

Wish you have a happy Shabu Shabu day <3

The moment

I was so pissed.

Wait, till now I still feel pissed.

I'm angry of myself for not able to remember the name of the drugs.

I'm angry of myself for not knowing what I should have known and remember right now.

By fourth year, I should have know most of the things but that moment really remind me I should study more.

That moment in the lab having discussion with doctor where half of the question I don't know how to answer.

I don't like that.

I hate the feeling of that.

Felt myself so stupid that I can't tell what drugs to give.

I like virus, immunology, bacteriology maybe less in parasitology. GOD, Y U CREATE SO MANY PARASITES?!!  *and I'm one of it, sucking blood from my parents*

I may score not bad in tests. but look far,
How can I be a good vet if I don't remember the name of the drugs?

Scold myself for not being good enough!!
So, I wrote this down to remind myself of this feeling.

Good thing is,

It burns up my spirit!

Determination is on again, thanks for this motivation and god damn it, I'm gonna remember all that drugs!

Challenge accepted!

There is no ending in learning but by the day I graduate, I'm a vet that able to diagnose and treat the patient correctly by myself.    I'm not going to give up! Not going to ashamed you and myself in future.

OOOOOOOOOOOOSH! Gambatte!

study smart, work hard and play hard in vet student life.
Every moment is precious *wtf I still blog. I blog to express not to impress (qouted)*

It's my life.
I'm the one responsible for it.

Bless me. Please.

Ugly Truth 2

No one can be liked by everyone.

We were born and raised up into personality. Each of us is special because no one would be the same with us, even identical twins have their own different thoughts.

And once a person is hated and got chopped HATE in the mindset, anything that he/she does would annoy you. Even walk pass you, you also felt annoyed.

I know this well. *have I told you one of my bff is someone I used to hate? haha* So, I manage to remove the mindset. It's either I'm too kind to her or she is just too funny and nice that I scold myself for hated her before or both. I think it's because I'm too kind haha. XP

I know the fact, but I still feel sad when I get to know that I was hated or disliked by someone. For this time, it's a she. I don't know. I always try to be nice with her, but maybe it's in her mindset already.

I'm not perfect and don't want to be perfect, even when I become perfect, I think there will still have people that don't like me. No one can be liked by everyone.

To the haters, if you don't like me, just ignore me. Because if I would do the same.

To my friends, so glad that you guys are always there for me whenever I need you guys. Fun and laughter, Sad and sorrow, still be with me. Food and gossip, Karaoke and lecture, Notes and bills. Thanks for everything as you guys are a part in my life.

So glad that my food blogger friends still contact me even I can't attend the food review for thousand times and FFK once. *aaaaawhhhhh sorry*

Thanks to hater, that you remind me how good my life is.
And I see your life is good also. But if you don't dislike me, it would be better. Because I'm a funny person deep down inside and one of my coursemate Miss daisy duck hated me also. But see, she likes me so much now. *waaaaa...* *I'm serious. Maybe less than T la. I know it's less than T* haha.

I  think the only person can be liked have to look like this.
The red one named ZaiZai and I'm his mum. He is such a no manner kid that laughed at greenie's small penis can only be covered with 1 leaf. haha.

Smile more.

Reborn.

A friend of mine, we know each other since secondary school had accident and was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage.

He just had brain surgery and it was successful. The only thing we can do now is wait and pray. Wait and pray for him to wake up from the most dangerous sleep ever in his life.

He is so young, at my age, and he was always been helpful and I remember he was my classmate before and  he always goes gym work out. And he has perfect body shape!! haha. He is fun and cute. He likes short girls haha.

When he wake up, it would definitely a reborn to him.
To a new life.
Gambateh!

To my other friends, please take care and be very careful of everything, especially on roads.

I can't afford to lose any of my friends. You are a part of my memory.

Reply from IVSA UK

It has been a while since I first contacted IVSA UK, Sinjun to know more about student exchange program.
Bad to say, I still don't know he is a guy or girl. The name sounds like a guy, but the reply makes me feel warmth and so I think it's a girl. Haha.

Would have a skype interview session with him/her for S to assess my English omg.

I am worried because of the accent they have in speaking. According to senior, they take days to adapt and actually they speak like one of them now.
hmmmmm... does that mean I should talk to them more?

Or maybe I should talk more to Yee Cheng, our ex-IVSA officer that I like her accent in speaking.

Or maybe I should get a foreign boyfriend instead.  haha... *No la, Monkey, you know I'm joking right?*

Hope everything will go fine. and See moo and choy yean's opinion on it. But I wish to get the student exchange, get a host family, and know more about their culture, and save money. Of cz...

Bless me. =D
